The Council of Europe Office in Chisinau is looking for a maximum of five providers per each lot in order to support the implementation of the projects and the experts’ missions with a particular expertise in professional photos and videos shooting (including editing and processing).

Due to the current situation linked to COVID-19, postal services of the Republic of Moldova have suspended operations concerning shipping packages abroad. For this reason, bidders may submit the signed Act of Engagement and all relevant documents requested under sections F and G of the international call for tenders for the provision of professional photos, videography and filming services (2020/AO/17) in electronic format only.
The deadline for submission has been extended to 19 April 2020.
