Seeking expressions of interest - tender for contracting a provider to support 33 Moldovan Local Public Authorities to update or develop socio-economic development strategies.
Tetra Tech, a subcontractor to the International Research & Exchanges Board (IREX), under the USAID Comunitatea Mea (CM) Program, is looking for a competent and experienced provider to support 33 LPAs in updating existing socio-economic development strategies and elaborating (where is the case) new strategies for their communities in line with national and regional strategies and specific CM requirements. The provider will evaluate and provide recommendations for the strategic plan`s goals, objectives and corresponding performance measures. This will require analysis and facilitation of focus groups, workshops, and roundtables to ensure that the plan meets all expected community requirements and opportunities. The winning provider must be an officially registered company or organization, have sufficient human capacity to operate in multiple municipalities throughout Moldova at the same time, and have the financial capacity to manage a fixed price deliverable-based contract. Bids evaluation will be performed on the ratio of 70% for the technical offer and 30% for the financial offer.
- Interested providers must submit expressions of interest to moldovacmprocurement@tetratech.com with the name of the provider, along with the name and email address of the primary point of contact by 18:00 Tuesday, November 12th, 2019.
- All interested providers will receive a complete Request for Proposals (RfP) and will be provided an opportunity to ask questions.
- Proposals in response to the RfP requirements will be due at least 14 days after the RfP is released and in advance of the closing date listed in the RfP. Work under the subject contract is expected to start on/around December 11th, 2019.
