
Terms of Reference
Venue for the Public Presentation of the Study „The Minimum Subsistence Level and the Living Wage in the Republic of Moldova"
Friedrich-Ebert-Stiftung, in cooperation with the National Trade Union Confederation of Moldova (CNSM), will organize the public presentation of the study on the minimum subsistence level and the living wage in Chișinău, Republic of Moldova, on 7 October 2026, on the occasion of the World Day for Decent Work.
The event will bring together representatives of public authorities, the Parliament, the diplomatic corps, international organizations, trade unions, employers' associations, academia, think tanks, civil society organizations, and the media to discuss the findings of the study and the policy options for reforming the methodology of the minimum subsistence level in the Republic of Moldova.
The event will run from 09:00 to 13:30. The venue shall be available from 08:00, to allow for technical set-up before the arrival of participants.
In this context, the Foundation is searching for a venue that will meet the following requirements:
Bidders are requested to indicate the rental cost for the full duration of the event, specifying separately any additional charges for audio-visual equipment, technical assistance, and the use of the reception area.
