Training description Youth workers have the power to offer opportunities for preventing and remedying experiencing social exclusion among young people. By offering young people targeted support, opportunities for non-formal learning, access to information, and opportunities for positive integration into the local community, youth workers are able to reduce the risks of further social exclusion linked to lack of well-being. The necessity of the project starts from the need of youth workers to explore discrimination as main factor in youth social exclusion. The projects aims to increase the knowledge and skills of youth workers on topics of discrimination and social exclusion in the context of youth work in a non-formal framework. The aim is supported by the following objectives: to facilitate involvement of 30 youth workers from Program and Partner European countries in the whole cycle of the project and ensure insure the feeling of ownership towards the project. Participants will be from : France, Moldova , Italy, Georgia, Estonia, Spain, Bulgaria and Russia. Age of participants is 18+
