Organisations and volunteers who are emotionally supporting people in a crisis, need extra knowledge and resilience. After the training course, you will gain an understanding of: The importance in differentiating the concept of communication with yourself and communication with others; The role of paraverbal language within interpersonal communication, specifically when talking over the phone; How to adapt communicative behavior to that of the beneficiary; How to overcome your own prejudices and stereotypes when interacting with vulnerable persons.
The program will be delivered by: Inga Rusu , Psychologist, Lecturer at UTM Ion Brinzila, Trainer Assistant Ana-Maria Moroz, Psychologist

All training sessions will be conducted in Zoom.
