U.S. Embassy Funding Opportunity: Receiving Digital TV Broadcasts

The U.S. Embassy invites Moldovan nongovernmental organizations to submit project proposals to the Program for Receiving Digital TV Broadcasts for acquisition and distribution of digital TV receivers to targeted households to ensure digital broadcast TV in Moldova reaches the widest possible audience. The U.S. Embassy seeks qualified organizations that can prove their competency in organizing the hereby described project in the most efficient way.
Proposals need to include detailed and realistic implementation plan on reaching the objectives and proposed priorities, specific activities and partner organizations.

The U.S. Embassy will consider awarding grants ranging from $100,000 up to $250,000. Any requests outside of these limits will not be considered. Please read section C. ELIGIBILITY INFORMATION about requirements and criteria.
Total budget for the competition: $250,000
Assistance Instruments: Grants or Fixed Amount Awards
Maximum period of performance: 6 months
Eligibility is limited to nongovernmental organizations registered in Moldova. American or other donor country organizations and individuals are not eligible for grants under this program. Organizations without Moldovan registration can apply only as partners through an eligible organization.
