Call for tenders to purchase services for the implementation of a national awareness raising campaign

The Council of Europe is currently implementing the project “Combating violence against children in the Republic of Moldova”. The project aims to support strengthening the country’s child protection framework and judicial system with focus on the protection of children against sexual violence, promotion of child-friendly justice practices and the rights of the child in the digital environment.
In this context, the Council of Europe is looking for a Provider for the implementation of a national awareness raising campaign on combating violence against children, namely on child sexual exploitation and abuse.
Applicants are invited to consult the call and documentation below and send the required forms in English to the e-mail address specified in the call by 18 June 2020.
The deadline of the tender was extended till 24 June 2020.
