The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), through the Resilient Democracy through Anti-Corruption Project, seeks to engage an individual consultant to provide services as an International Consultant on Justice Sector Case Management System.

The expected output for the International Consultant’s assignment is to provide expert advisory and quality assurance support to the CMS Working Group and UNDP Moldova in the development of the Visioning Document for the future CMS ecosystem.

The Visioning Document shall serve as the principal strategic and technical reference document describing the future CMS ecosystem, including its institutional scope, governance arrangements, business processes, interoperability requirements, stakeholder responsibilities, and implementation principles.
