
Sales Executive
Job Description - As a Sales Executive you will be a key representative of our company’s sales team, responsible for signing up local stores in all the country.
Key Responsibilities:
- Building and managing a sales pipeline of potential restaurant/store partners.
- Prospecting and contacting local businesses.
- Conducting sales calls and negotiations.
- Closing partnership agreements.
- Coordinating onboarding so new partners can start selling quickly.
- Monitoring partner performance during their first month and helping address early issues.
- Keeping CRM records updated and following the company's sales process.
Requirements:
- Experience:At least 1 year of sales experience (especially phone-based sales).
- Languages:Fluent in Romanian, Russianand English
- Skills:
o Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with short sales cycles.
o Strong organization and time-management skills.
o Strong target-driven mindset and closing skills.
- Nice to have:Experience selling to SMEs (small and medium-sized businesses)and familiarity with common business-owner objections and negotiation techniques.
