Tekwill Academy Kids is seeking a Program Coordinator & Product Owner to lead the development, positioning, and growth of its English language education portfolio.
This is a strategic and operational leadership role for a professional who understands how educational products are built, scaled, and commercialized, as well as how the English language learning market operates — including customer behavior, certification demand, pricing dynamics, product positioning, delivery models, and growth mechanisms.
This is not necessarily a teaching role. While familiarity with language education and certification ecosystems is important, the ideal candidate may come from product management, EdTech, training operations, certification services, commercial education, business development, or program management backgrounds.
The selected candidate will have end-to-end ownership of the English language portfolio, including product development, program design, certification services, market positioning, growth strategy, and delivery performance.
A key priority will be the expansion of Tekwill Academy Kids’ English language offering through scalable programs for children, teenagers, schools, and public audiences, including international certification pathways such as Oxford Test of English and the rollout of Langly for schools and general market.
Scope of Responsibilities
1. Product Ownership and Portfolio Development
The coordinator will act as Product Owner for the English language portfolio, with responsibility for defining, structuring, and continuously improving the product ecosystem.
Responsibilities include:
- Defining the English language portfolio strategy for Tekwill Academy Kids
