
GIZ is looking for a Regional Advisor on Integrated Urban Development for its project “Strong Businesses and Communities for Moldova (SBC)”. The project is financed by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) and co-funded by the European Union and the Swiss Government.
This position is planned to start in July 2026 and last until 31 December 2027. The permanent workplace for this position is in Soroca.
As Regional Advisor, the staff member facilitates cooperation, dialogue, and coordination between the project, Soroca City Hall, local public authorities, and other relevant local and regional stakeholders. The role supports the implementation of project activities related to integrated local and urban development, effective stakeholder communication, and participatory, inclusive, and sustainable local development and governance processes.
