Job Title – Psychologist 

Duty station – Comrat and Bălți

Salary range – 17.840 – 19.000 MDL gross

Based on the assessment of the candidate's knowledge, skills, abilities and previous experience.

Education & Work Experience

Qualification:

  • completion of Bachelor’s degree from an accredited educational institution in Psychology is required;
  • completion of Master’s degree or technical studies in Psychology is desired;
  • at least 2 years of relevant experience working with children, including managing PSS cases directly is required;
  • experience working with children/youth programming, psychosocial support or child protection with an NGO, INGO or UN agency is required;
  • strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining data accuracy and consistency.
  • ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with both colleagues and external partners.
  • good organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and respond to emerging needs.
  • languages – Romanian/Russian - Fluent in all aspects

Type of contract - Employment contract; Full-time work

Expected Duration of Assignment - 1/5/2026 - 31/12/2026
