
With more than 25 years of experience as a leading provider of English language instruction in the Republic of Moldova, ALC offers general English, international exam preparation, Romanian and Russian for non-native speakers, corporate training, and specialized English programs tailored to professional fields, reflecting its commitment to quality, professionalism, and adaptability.
The selected candidate will be responsible for acquiring corporate clients and developing long-term B2B partnerships for ALC’s training and professional development services. These encompass English language programs as well as a broader portfolio of upskilling solutions tailored to organizational needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and attract new clients;
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective corporate clients;
- Prepare and present commercial proposals;
- Present ALC’s training and professional development services and negotiate commercial terms;
- Negotiate and close sales contracts;
- Conduct client visits and participate in business meetings;
- Contribute to expanding ALC’s corporate client portfolio and long-term partnerships
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in B2B sales management, preferably in a client-focused services environment;
- Previous experience in a similar sales or business development role;
- Proven ability to meet and exceed established sales targets;
- Strong skills in managing key client relationships and developing new business opportunities;
- Fluency in Romanian, Russian, and English;
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with confidence in client-facing interactions;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint, Word, and Excel;
- Ability to prepare and deliver professional presentations, commercial proposals, and written business communications;
- Organized, proactive, responsible, and results-oriented;
- Willingness to travel locally for client meetings.
