Centrul de Drept al Avocatilor is looking for a legal counsellor position to support the "Legal assistance to refugees în Moldova" projects.

Terms of Reference

Key Areas of Accountability

• Analyzes legal information published on the CDA website.
• Identifies outdated or non-compliant legal acts.
• Monitors relevant legislative changes.
• Updates legal content in accordance with current legislation.
• Ensures the legal accuracy and consistency of published information.
• Verifies compliance with deadlines and legal references.
• Keeps records of legislative updates carried out.
• Collaborates with internal teams involved in managing the CDA website.

Qualifications and Skills Required

Academic Qualifications:

• University degree, preferably in international law or human rights law.
• Lawyer license would be considered an advantage.

Experience and Knowledge:

• Previous work experience in the area would be considered an advantage.
• Good organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and use of databases.

Competencies:

• Good analytical skills and good oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively under stress and in crisis situations.
• Cultural and gender awareness.
• Fluency in Romanian, Russian, and English languages.
