Proficiency in English (B2 level or higher) and at least B1 level in Spanish are required.
Your responsibilities:
Coordinating a team of 5-7 purchasing specialists and overseeing the purchasing activity of the team for our Chisinau office.
Providing proximity management for the acquisition team.
Evaluating and supervising the subordinated team.
Ensuring the transfer of tasks to team members and providing problem-solving support.
Analyzing the team’s results and taking appropriate action to improve results in order to reach the set targets and KPIs.
