The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) is currently implementing a project Accelerating a Just Energy Transition Portfolio Programme and Greening the Future Project that requires the services of a National expert for energy governance and institutional capacity building
The primary objective of this consultancy is to provide technical expertise to the Programme and Government in advancing the Smart Metering Pilot Initiative, strengthening governance, institutional capacity building, and regulatory development, while also supporting energy efficiency improvements and renewable energy integration in critical public infrastructure.
