Background
The National Center for Child Abuse Prevention (NCCAP/CNPAC) - a national non-governmental organization established in 1997 - is a leading organization in the Republic of Moldova dedicated to preventing child abuse, promoting children’s rights, and creating a safe and supportive environment for all children. For 27 years, CNPAC promotes children's right to protection against all forms of violence, focusing its activities on raising awareness, educating, and encouraging society to prevent and stop all cases of child abuse.
The National Center for Child Abuse Prevention (NCCAP/CNPAC) has been actively working to safeguard children’s rights and promote inclusive, safe, and non-violent environments in the Republic of Moldova. In light of the ongoing conflict in Ukraine and its significant impact on refugee children and their families, CNPAC has launched the project “Together for Education: Empowering Refugee Families in Moldova.”
The project focuses on improving access to education and psychosocial support for Ukrainian refugee children living in Cahul and Comrat. These children face barriers such as language differences, disrupted schooling, and social isolation, as many continue their education online through Ukrainian schools. By fostering community engagement and addressing these challenges, the project aims to promote the inclusion and well-being of refugee children and their families.
Role Summary
With the purpose of fulfilling the project objectives the CNPAC is looking for the Community mobilisation expert, a persons who will play a central role in ensuring the successful implementation of project activities by acting as the primary coordinator and driving force behind community engagement and project management. The specialist will oversee outreach, community mobilization, and collaboration with stakeholders to ensure that project goals are met efficiently and effectively.

The role involves managing operational aspects fo the project, but also engaging with the community and building capacity to achieve the project’s.

Organization of the competition:
The competition will consist of a written test and an interview. The topics of the written test will assess professional knowledge. Candidates who pass the written test will be invited to an interview with the selection committee.
