UN Women in Moldova is looking to hire a part-time Office Maintenance Assistant to provide effective of office maintenance/cleaning services for its premises of approximately 660 m2 including corridors, offices (50 working places), 3 (three) meeting rooms, a kitchen, an archive and a storage room. The Office Maintenance Assistant position is located at UN Women premises in Chisinau, Moldova.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Office Maintenance Assistant works in close collaboration with the UN Women Programmes and Operations team staff to ensure consistent service delivery.
Description of Responsibilities /Scope of Work
Under the guidance and direct supervision of the Operations Manager, the Office Maintenance Assistant will provide daily cleaning services in the UN Women Moldova Office during the afternoon hours, from 14:00 to 17:00, ensuring a welcoming and hygienic environment for visitors and staff, maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy. The Office Maintenance Assistant is expected to demonstrate a client-oriented approach, high sense of responsibility, courtesy, tact and the ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse national and cultural backgrounds.
The selected candidate is responsible for ensuring the successful completion of the following tasks, including but not limited to:

The incumbent performs other duties within their functional profile as deemed necessary for the efficient functioning of the Office and the Organization.
Consultant’s Workplace and Official Travel
This is an office-based consultancy, with no travel required for this assignment.
Payment Details
Payment will be disbursed monthly, per day worked, UN Women will pay the individual upon certification that the services have been satisfactorily performed and submission of a timesheet by individual. The number of days worked is to be determined solely by UN Women.
