Requirements: 

• Degree in Law (Higher legal education)
• Strong knowledge of Moldovan legal frameworks and regulatory systems
• Proven experience working with legal entities in Moldova
• Familiarity with vehicle customs clearance procedures
• Experience in organizing residence permits and managing labor migration
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Proficiency in contract drafting and legal documentation
• Experience working with government authorities
• Interest in the IT sector and a desire to grow within the industry
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage shifting priorities

Would be a plus: 

• Experience with data protection regulations (GDPR, local data laws)
• Previous legal work in the IT industry or with tech companies
• Knowledge of tax legislation for IT businesses
• Skills in international law and experience working with global partners

Responsibilities: 

• Provide legal advice on Moldovan law and regulatory compliance
• Support the registration, modification, and administration of legal entities in Moldova
• Anticipate and mitigate legal risks for ongoing and new company projects
• Manage the process of obtaining residence permits for employees, including for Ukrainian citizens
• Advise on vehicle customs clearance and ensure adherence to relevant legal procedures
• Draft, review, and manage contracts (including international agreements), NDAs, and confidentiality agreements
• Handle pre-litigation work and participate in dispute resolution
• Offer legal support for international transactions and liaise with foreign partners
