The Goethe-Institut Georgien invites interested applicants to submit proposals for the External Expert for quality assurance in Event Management of EU4Culture Closing Conference in Chisinau, Republic of Moldova.
General Information
The Goethe-Institut is the Federal Republic of Germany's cultural institute, active worldwide. It promotes the study of German abroad and encourages international cultural exchange.
Goethe-Institut together with Czech Centres, Danish Cultural Institute and Institut Francais de Georgie, implements the EU-funded project EU4Culture. The project supports the cultural sector as a driver of economic development in Eastern Partnership Countries.
Scope of the Call
This call aims to select an expert to support the event management of the two-day International Conference “EU4Culture Closing Conference” and the Multimedia Exhibition, act as a liaison between the project and local service providers and ensure qualitative implementation of the event. The event is scheduled for the 28-29 of November 2024 and will be held in Chisinau, Republic of Moldova.
The two-day conference will bring together EU4Culture beneficiaries and stakeholders from the 6 EaP countries. International experts and high-level officials will also attend the event.
The first day of the conference (28 November) will be a corporate, formal event with a high-level visibility. On November 28, 2024, the conference will be followed by the multimedia exhibition, organised on the same premises.
Eligibility
- The local expert must be an individual and a resident of the Republic of Moldova.
- At the time of the contracting period the local expert must not be employed by or have any contractual obligation with the EU4Culture implementing consortium partners.
Interested applicants are invited to submit an expression of interest to: EU4Culture@goethe.de with subject line “Expert - EU4Culture Final Conference”, before September 20, 2024, 18:00 Republic of Moldova time.
