The Senior Accountant is a key position within the Finance Team at Safeguard Global. our responsibilities will include billing, group accounting, and reconciliation of accounts. You'll also liaise with the operations team to address clients' inquiries and needs, as well as communicate directly with clients for accounts receivable reconciliation and fund payments.

How you will make a difference:

• Clients invoicing and debt chasing as required
• Entering data into the group financial system.
• Checking and approving employees’ expenses.
• Ensuring timely payments and monitoring cash flow.
• Engaging in month-end and year-end close processes, reconciliation, and reporting.
• Assisting and supporting statutory audits and tax controls.
• Performing other duties as per group and legislative requirements.
• Acting in accordance with Safeguard Global values and ethics.

What will make you stand out:

• 3+ years of experience in an accounting role.
• Fluent English
• Previous experience in an international company
• Proficiency in financial accounting principles and balance sheets is essential.
• Strong data analysis skills.
• Excellent communication abilities.
• Excel proficiency is a must-have skill for this role.
