Introduction
CONCORDIA Moldova requires an audit company to carry out an expenditure verification report on project financial administration and statements funded by donor grants. The report should be carried out in accordance with International Standards on Auditing (ISAs) in order to provide sufficient evidence that gives reasonable assurance that the financial statements are free from material misstatement whether caused by fraud or other irregularity or error.
Background Information
The main objective of the „Clean water and efficient sanitation (WASH) project” project is to make a sustainable contribution to safe water supply as well as to improved awareness of hygiene measures in CONCORDIA’s social centres in marginalised, rural regions of the Republic of Moldova. The project duration is 1.11.2022 - 31.10.2023. Total Amount of Project : EUR 61 242, project transactions - 150, 5 employees involved in the project.
Delivery of Proposals:
1. Closing Date and Time: All proposals in response to this TOR must be received by no later than 04:00 pm, local time, 13 October 2023. (Please indicate for which project you apply)
2. The following requirements must be met when submitting the proposals:
a) The technical and financial proposals shall be submitted in separate envelopes.
b) Both envelopes should be sealed and marked „do not open, except in presence of the evaluation committee”;
c) Any proposal received after the closing time for submission of proposals will not be accepted.
3. Proposals are to be submitted in hard copy or electronically to: moldova@concordia.md or:
A.O. Concordia. Social Projects, Chisinau, str. A. Corobceanu 13/1, MD-2004.
APPLICATION SUBMISSION
The proposal shall be prepared in three separate parts: (1) Cover Letter, (2) Technical Proposal (technical aspects only); and (3) the Financial Proposal (costs and related issues such as roles and responsibility of all parties involved).
The proposals shall be written in English and typed on letter size or A4 paper, single spaced with each page numbered consecutively.
