What We Offer
Job Summary:
The Accountability and Safeguarding Project Officer will lead the development, preparation, implementation and monitoring of CRS Moldova’s accountabilities activities, including the management of CRS Moldova’s feedback, complaint and response mechanisms (FCRM) with communities, CRS and donors. The Officer will be the main point of contact between programs and projects for the implementation of this policy in the country. S/he supports the Country Program, Head of Programs and MEAL Manager in their efforts to manage and strengthen the quality of response to the country-level feedback mechanism and specific programme mechanisms. Will provide support and feedback response in line with CRS quality principles and standards, donor guidelines and industry best practices to Country Program (CP) technical and operational staff to promote the delivery of high-quality programming to CRS participants.

Required Languages
Fluency in Business English as well as Romanian and Russian required, Ukrainian preferred.
Travel
Must be willing and able to travel to locations in Moldova up to 10% and occasionally participate in international meetings.

Key Working Relationships
Internal: CRS Moldova country program staff, CRS and CTWWC regional and global technical advisors for Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL) and Safeguarding, CRS’ regional safeguarding community of practice.
External: Sub-recipient partner organizations; representatives of national, regional, and local government relevant for project implementation; other partners (NGOs, faith-based organizations)
