The role in a nutshell:
The Client Service Specialist is a key position within the Global Employment Outsourcing Operations division at Safeguard Global. Responsible for the day-to-day operations of clients and their workers, you will be assigned to a portfolio of clients, managing the life cycle of each worker employed with Safeguard Global, whilst providing a superior level of service.
Key priorities for this position include day-to-day query management via email and phone, processing of payroll, data validation, generation of sales invoices and ensuring timely worker payments.
A day in the life of a Client Service Specialist:
- Be the assigned contact for a portfolio of clients;
- Managing client queries via the query management system and by phone.
- Call clients frequently to review monthly activity (e.g. resolved/common queries).
- Build trust and rapport with your assigned clients, improving client satisfaction levels.
- Relay expert in-country guidance from both internal and external partners.
- Collaborate with other members of the Global Employment Outsourcing division to;
- Consult on complex HR situations.
- Ensure payments are processed as per the agreed schedule.
- Assist Payments team in chasing late payments.
- Liaise with external providers regarding queries and processes
- To manage the end-to-end life cycle for GEO workers and clients post onboard, which includes, but is not limited to:
- Maintaining all worker documentation, managing changes as required/requested.
- Update and maintain in-house systems and files.
- Monitoring and maintaining benefits documentation.
- Payroll input, ensuring payment accuracy.
- Compliantly manging offboards; this could be voluntary or involuntary terminations.
A little bit about you, you will be:
- An excellent communicator, able to read the room and tailor your communication to your audience.
- Passionate about service excellence, holding prior experience in a customer service role.
- Experienced working with clients, managing relationships having proven success of building trust and rapport resulting in high client satisfaction levels.
- You will have a good maths aptitude and hold a keen eye for accuracy.
- You will be detail orientated; nothing gets past you! Prior HR administration would be advantageous.
- You are organised; able to manage your daily tasks, re-prioritise throughout your day and align to set deadlines.
