WeWorld is an Italian organization working since 1971 in international cooperation and humanitarian aid. Italian member of ChildFund Alliance, global network for the defense of children's rights and present in 27 countries.

The outbreak of the war in Ukraine has put millions of people at risk: WeWorld took action immediately to provide aid to refugees fleeing the war in Ukraine to find refuge in Moldova. The main sectors of intervention are child protection, psycho-social support mainly to women and children, distribution of hygiene, food and non-food items, and education in emergency, livelihood and social cohesion.

Position: Junior Administrator (National position)

Duty station: Chisinau, Moldova 

Work schedule: Full time

Starting date: as soon as possible

ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Gathering invoices, statements, reports, personal details, documents and information from PM and Logistic regarding the projects
• Correcting errors and organizing the information in a manner that will optimize accurate capturing and filling
• Entering and updating information into relevant databases, ensuring data is backed up
• Storing hard copies of data in an organized manner to optimize retrieval
• Handling additional duties as requested

DEGREE OF EXPERTISE AND QUALIFICATIONS

• 1+ years experience in a relevant field
• Good command of English
• Fluency in Romanian and Russian
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office Word and Excel
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to concentrate for lengthy periods and perform accurately with adequate speed
• Strong ability to organize and prioritize work under pressure
