We are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to join our team as an Energy Efficiency and Construction Projects Engineer. This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise, exceptional communication, and project supervision skills.

Main Responsibilities:

• Identifying suitable buildings for the implementation of investment projects
• Evaluating technical projects and tenders for feasibility and cost-effectiveness
• Monitoring and supervising the implementation of energy efficiency projects to ensure adherence to project plans and timelines
• Overseeing project implementation work to ensure quality and compliance with standards
• Preparing detailed progress reports and presenting them to the management team

Requirements:

• A degree in Engineering with a focus on Energy and/or Construction
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in the field
• Proficiency in working with technical drawings, specifications, and Bills of Quantities (BoQs)
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience with AutoCAD, SketchUp, or other design software is a plus
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective team collaboration and client interaction
• The ability to work effectively in a team, as well as manage activities independently
• Proficiency in English at an intermediate to advanced level
