Heritage International School is looking for a Child Protection officer/Head of Pastoral & Student Support

Duties:
-Ensure the student wellbeing
-Supports the emotional and social development of the students
-Manage the pastoral teams to provide a positive, secure and values led environment for the students where each student has a sense of achievement, belonging and worth.
-Promote and embed a school wide culture of safeguarding
-Support all staff to maintain excellent standards in pastoral care
-Develop proactive pastoral care strategies that help to mitigate emerging threats
-Ensure that all staff uphold the school’s values through their communication with parents and students
-Ensure school policies related to the pastoral systems, meet statutory guidance, are relevant, up to date and clearly understoodntal Health and Wellbeing support
-To hold meetings regularly to have oversight, lead and monitor the pastoral system (including tutor time, assemblies programme, etc.)
