The role in a nutshell:

As a Recruiter for International Clients, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with the Staff Leasing team and you will be focused on different markets assisting with all recruiting-related duties.

How you will make a difference:

You will make a big difference in our company by assisting the hiring team in selecting and recruiting the best talent. Fully understand the needs of our customers and take responsibility for all recruitment processes.

What will give you an advantage:

• University degree in HR, Business Communication, Foreign Languages or similar fields
• Previous experience in Recruitment Industry (+2 years)
• You must be fluent in English, another foreign language would be a plus
• Experience in using LinkedIn, as well as good sourcing skills
• Advanced User of different tools such as MS Office; Applicant Tracking Systems
• Comfortable with first discussions with candidates, and customer-facing time (as needed)
• And last but not least, being a team player!
