The role in a nutshell:

As a Sourcing Specialist, you’ll get to play an active role in launching strategies to build talent pipelines to support Safeguard Global’s growth. Your role will be deeply rooted in proactively discovering and attracting passive talent to join our organization. This position is for you if you enjoy using your creativity to bring innovative ideas to the table and you have a keen eye for identifying global talent. You’ll also enjoy collaborating with other members of the Talent Acquisition (TA) team and leadership to understand recruitment needs and develop sourcing plans to support them.

How you will make a difference:

You will make a difference in this role by executing sourcing strategies to find exceptional talent for challenging, highly specialized and/or high-volume positions. As well, by building and maintaining a pipeline of talent for the ongoing and future recruitment needs, by thoughtfully communicating and engaging with its members. Not least by developing solid relationships with hiring managers and recruiters to bring value and expertise to the recruitment process.

What will give you an advantage:

• To succeed in this role, you need to speak fluent English.
• 1+ years strong sourcing experience (LinkedIn, Boolean search, networking, recruitment channels etc.)
• You are excited by managing multiple lines of work simultaneously from start to finish
• You have demonstrated success in developing sourcing strategies for a wide variety of positions and geographies
• You have knowledge and experience with using digital channels for identifying passive and active candidate pools
• You have a positive and professional mindset with ambition to drive delivery and work with tight deadlines
