Job Description (Roles and Responsibilities): The British Embassy in Chisinau is part of a world-wide network, representing British political, economic and consular interests overseas and is now looking to recruit a Security Guard. The main purpose of this role is to provide the first line of physical security to the mission.
Main purpose of job:
Provide the first line of physical security to the mission. Protection of staff, assets and information.
Roles and responsibilities:
Access control duties at post. Security functions during external events, ex at HMA residence. Monitoring contractors working on site. Mail and goods screening on delivery (security x-ray). Patrolling of embassy outside perimeter. Observe and report security incidents, suspicious behaviour and unsafe conditions.
