MEDECINS SANS FRONTIERES (DOCTORS WITHOUT BORDERS) is a private, non-profit international humanitarian organization dedicated to providing medical assistance to populations in crisis, without discrimination and regardless of race, religion, creed or political affiliation.

MSF France is looking for its project in Moldova a LOGISTICS OFFICER.

Main responsibilities

Carrying out all logistics, maintenance and supply activities in the base and the project, in order to have the material, infrastructure and vehicles in optimal running conditions for our activities in Moldova.

- Supervising a team of drivers, manages the fleet of vehicles, the fuel consumption and follow up of rental contracts.

- Ensuring the maintenance of our local infrastructures, base, facilities and communication equipment.

- Performing local purchases and ensuring that the line manager is aware of any problems linked to the quality or availability of the items to be purchased.

- Managing the storage and the quantities of items needed for optimal running of the mission.

- Ensuring efficient administrative processes for one or more areas of the supply programs (Order Processing, Transport and Customs, Procurement, etc.) in order to ensure the optimal running of the mission.

Requirements

Previous working experience in logistics field required.

Driver license required.

Language: English, Romanian are necessary, Russian or Ukrainian desirable.

Computer literacy (word, excel)
