Business Development Specialist English/Italian

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Specialist to join our team in Moldova.

As part of the MD Sales Team, you will identify prospective clients through extensive research of corporate profiles and connect with potential clients and partners for the whole spectrum of our staff leasing services. You will identify and reach out to key decision-makers within organizations and connect them with the respective Country Market Leaders to develop further business.

Experience & Education

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields preferred
• Fluent English and good knowledge of Italian
• 2 and more years of working experience in Sales (experience in HR is a plus)
• Successful completion of coursework in sales techniques, marketing, and communication may be advantageous
