Team Leader Marketing

Responsibilities:

• Develop & monitor a marketing strategy for Retail business;
• Develop & ensure Communication strategies;
• Coordinate with agencies activities related to advertising and promo-actions (Corporate, PR, campaigns, social media, etc.);
• Coordinate activities related to promo materials (prints, videos, radio, etc );
• Be responsible for advertising contracts and their performance;
• Promote corporative image through mass-media and advertising agencies;
• Support the management with regular reports and create marketing research & presentations.

Job Requirements:

• Work experience in marketing, advertising, PR, logistics, retail or other similar field: 4-7 years (international experience will be an advantage);
• Fluent in English, Romanian, Russian;
• Computer literate (min. Microsoft Office, Photoshop, SAP, ilustrator)
• Relevant experience in the design and production of marketing materials and publications
• Highly organized, with proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously, deadline-driven and results-oriented
• Familiar with the creation of graphics and visuals optimized for social media.
