Our company is looking for an Inside Sales Associate. This is a work-from-home position and you must be available between 4pm-1am Moldova time!

An Inside Sales Associate conducts daily phone calls to warm leads and prospects in our database. You will use the telephone as the primary means of communication and make 40+ outbound calls a day to identify potential clients. Training is provided. 

What a typical day looks like:

You will have a list of people we spoke with before but haven’t closed a deal with. You will see if anything has changed about their situation and identify solutions to their problems. If we can help, you will set appointments for the sales team who will close the deal. 

Qualifications: 

You must have the right attitude! You must be relentless and in control. We don’t micromanage but we expect you to take full ownership of your role.

Excellent English skills - both verbal and written. 

Knowledge of Real Estate terminology is a plus

Experience in cold calling is a plus, though this job doesn’t involve cold calling

Self-motivated to work with minimal supervision

Responsible with a good work ethic. 

What we provide:
