HR-Consulting Srl (www.search4staff.com), a recruitment firm with 26 years of experience, is looking for candidates to fill the position of Junior Recruiter.

About the candidate:

Your previous experience is not very important
It is important to be hands-on, energetic, proactive self-starters who are able to get things done; strong communication and interpersonal skills are also needed
Bachelor degree
Fluency in English, Romanian, and Russian. Other languages are welcome.
Computer literacy – high level

What will you do?

You will be fully involved in the recruitment process: direct or indirect search for candidates, selection process, clients relations
