Head of Marketing

About the company: UK based company with an operational office in Chisinău, who is growing fast and have the vision of building a leading software development company in the world.

Main responsibilities:

• Build a world-class B2B brand, grow awareness, and establish company as clear leader in the remote software developers hiring;
• Maintain and optimize annual marketing plan that includes a comprehensive set of targets, programs, budgets, staff and KPIs that guide company’s efforts and outcomes;
• Build and Lead the marketing team;
• Develop strong cross-functional partnerships across the organization, especially with sales, account management, product, consumer marketing, and brand;
• Drive the strategy for SEO, Emailing, Linkedin, Ads, PR, Growth hacking and more;
• Develop a deep understanding of market trends, the competitive landscape, so as to inform long-term positioning and marketing strategy;

Main requirements:

• 
  Bachelor/ master degree in Economics / Marketing;
• Outstanding oral and written English and Romanian skills required. Another language skills will be considered as an advantage;
• Experience in all faces of B2B marketing (content and brand, product marketing, customer marketing, marketing operations, PR, SEO);
• A creative thinker with leader skills;
• Ability to work both in a team and independently.
