
1. Background
The “Local Civil Society Contributes to Inclusive and Sustainable Economic Development in Moldova” 2021-2024Project is funded by the European Union, co-funded by Sweden and implemented through East Europe Foundation.
The aim of the project is to empower vulnerable women and men to exploit sustainable economic opportunities, reap the benefits provided by the AA/DCFTA and to better prepared to manage economic risks (such as Covid-19 pandemic) through active society engagement.
One of the components provides support to enable six regional Business Hubs to develop business capacities of SMEs, as well as to assist them to develop and deliver business support packages to regional SMEs.
Within the previous project “Local civil society contributes to economic and social development of the country”, 2018-2020 funded by EU and co-funded by Sweden, the following Business Hubs have been created: CSO ProEntranse (Business Hub Soroca), CSO for children and youth "Făclia" (Business Hub Ungheni), CSO Pro Regional Cooperation (Business Hub Balti), Innovation Development Agency (Business Hub Transnistria), Business Association from ATU Gagauzia “NEXT” (Business Hub Gagauzia) and CSO Orhei Regional Agency of Sustainable Development (Business Hub Orhei). In the current project will be supported 6 business hubs, which may be the same or not.
The overall objective is to develop the business services mapping and operational manual/methodological support for three services delivery, as well as to facilitate the launch of these services through organization and delivery of dedicated coaching. The drafts of deliverables should be coordinated with the project management and the final draft will be submitted electronically in Romanian language being subject to comments by the beneficiary. Deliverables will be delivered in Word format and Power point presentation (as appropriate).
The services will be provided in total 20 working days, in the time frame from April to July 2021.
- Cover letter, including understanding of the assignment, proposed timetable and approach, list of combined relevant experience of the proposed experts o CVs of proposed experts;
- Copy of the company registration certificate in the Republic of Moldova, any available license, permit;
Evaluation of bids will be performed based on the ration 40% for experience in similar assignments, 30% for the technical offer and 30% for the financial offer.
The technical and financial proposals will be submitted to info@eba.md by April 23, 2021. The uncompleted submitted bids will not be accepted.
