Job description:

-Prepare quotes based on scope of work
-Organize services on board (personnel, tools, materials)
-Communication with clients for problems found and suitable solutions under service manager supervision
-Correct use of company management software and internal procedures
-Feedback to sales managers on ongoing activities and problem
-Authorise costs related to managed activities
-Cooperation with colleagues
-Schedule technicians for the jobs according to their skills (based on training and certifications)
-Provide needed information about logistic and equipment / scope of work of the job
-Assisting technicians while service is ongoing

Skills needed:
-English is mandatory
-Italian a plus
-Mental organized
-Technical skills
-Technical drawing
-Office package (excel, word, email)
-Remote working(currently working from home)
