We are looking for a new colleague as a Tax Manager, to recommend effective tax strategies that comply with laws and promote our company’s financial well-being. Your responsibilities will include preparing tax returns, analyzing tax regulations, completing tax reports, handling tax inspections and representing the company in front of tax authorities. We are seeking an experienced candidate that possess excellent analytical and strong negotiation skills.

What you will be doing:
- Ensure accurate, timely filing of state and local income tax returns and other business related filings
- Find and implement opportunities for process improvement in company tax procedures
- Develop and implement strategic tax planning for all necessary taxes
- Maintain effective control procedures over all aspects of the tax process
- Manage and facilitate income tax audits: preparing responses, creating schedules, etc.
- Follow the changes of the relevant tax legislation and provide support in different tax analyzes, internal audits and studies regarding the company's projects
- Monitor legislative and regulatory tax law developments, communicate the effects of these developments to management and create strategies to capitalize on changes to taxation legislation
- Mentor persons involved in tax operations
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance etc.
- Previous work experience in Tax area, min.4 years
- Experience in tax strategy implementation
- Knowledge and ability to use the National Accounting Standards and Fiscal Legislation
- Excellent analytical skills to analyze data (via Excel, etc.)
- Accurate, reliable and independent way of working
- Strong analytical and problem solving skill
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with ability to influence appropriate outcome
- Good verbal and written communication skills in Romanian and Russian, English - basic level
