Job description:
- Analyse cost budget, prepare quotes based on scope of work
- Organize services on board (personnel, tools, materials)
- Communication with clients for problems found and suitable solutions under service manager supervision
- Prepare technical report and/or manage warranties under technical department supervision
- Correct use of company management software and internal procedures
- Feedback to sales managers on ongoing activities and problem
- Authorise costs related to managed activities
- Schedule technicians for the jobs according to their skills (based on training and certifications)
- Provide needed information about logistic and equipment / scope of work of the job
- Assisting technicians while service is ongoing
Skills needed:
- English is mandatory
- Italian a plus
- Mental organized
- Technical skills
- Technical drawing
- Office package (excel, word, email)
- Remote working
