What is a usual day of a Research Specialist like at Travod?
You will be responsible for the continuous management of our database of linguists, assisting Sales and Project Management in the recruitment of new resources and assisting with vendor queries, monitoring vendor performance, evaluating language trends and bolstering resources where required as well as negotiating rates and building and retaining relationships with vendors.

Challenges:
Working under pressure to ensure our clients have the necessary resources to deliver on all projects within budget and to the expected quality standards. 
 

What will help you be successful in this role?

• Good knowledge of MS (Word, Excel)
• Advanced English, knowledge of other languages is a plus
• Patience and the ability to build relationships
• Ability to work individually and as part of a team
• Stress resistance and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
