Alventis Group, in partnership with Business & Finance Consulting (www.bfconsulting.com), a proactive and dynamic team with an excellent international profile in development finance, is accepting applications for 2 Developers for a research project.
Location: Chisinau, Moldova
Level on input: Full time / project-based
Duration: 12 months
Responsibilities:
- Assist the interviewers with digital solutions for the survey implementation: Computer Assisted Personal Interviewing (CAPI), Insightly, Google Docs, etc.
- Assist with the development of the methodology and technical solution for the collection of data and GPS locations of various institutions
- Help with distributing the collected data in the defined database and provide technical support with maintaining it
- Development of program design tools (flowcharts, pseudocode, hierarchy codes)
Requirements:
- University degree in IT related field
- Understanding of front-end web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Experience of minimum 1 year in automation tools and scripting languages (Python/PHP/Bash or others) is required
- Knowledge of Ruby/Perl/Node JS or others is an asset
- Experience of working CAPI systems is considered an asset
- Working knowledge of security software options and functionality is preferred
- Experience in working with large amounts of information
- Ability to organize server environment, including database administration, as well as application scaling
- English knowledge for working with technical documentation
