PUBLICATION REF.: 1p/BSB-831/2021 - acquisition of equipment within the project “ESTABLISHING LONG-LASTING PARTNERSHIPS TO UPGRADE HERITAGE-BASED OFFERS AND CREATE NEW INVESTMENT OPPORTUNITIES IN TOURISM AND THE CULTURAL AND CREATIVE INDUSTRIES AT UNESCO DESIGNATED AREAS IN THE BLACK SEA BASIN”, acronym HERIPRENEURSHIP

ANTRIM intends to buy equipment for the project “Establishing long-lasting partnerships to upgrade heritage-based offers and create new investment opportunities in tourism and the cultural and creative industries at UNESCO designated areas in the Black Sea Basin”, acronym
HERIPRENEURSHIP, with the financial assistance from the Black Sea Basin program of the European Union.

The tender is for the following supplies:

3 PC Tablets with the operating system iOS, 10.2-inch, minimum 32 GB internal storagy, WiFi, RAM 3 GB, rezolution 1620 x 2160 px

3 Tablets with operating system Android10, minimum 32 GB internal storagy, WiFi, RAM 3 GB, rezolution 1200 x 2000 px

1 professional videocamera: HD video recording camera, minimum 128 GB card, Wi-Fi connectivity, USB, HDMI, Photo resolution 6000 x 4000 px,

1 printer with technical specification: Laser print/copy/scan, connection to Wi-Fi, Hi-Speed USB 2.0, Scanning specifications: Black and White and Colour, Scan file format: JPEG, PDF; Printing A4 pages, Paper separation

3 Portable routers: 4G Wi-Fi Hotspot/ wireless rooter, Min. 10 Devices / Clients simultaneously connect, SIM slot,

To Be Noted by Applicant to Tender:

Technical specifications are provided in the Annex II + III, that is integral part of the tender file.
The supplies will be delivered to the ANTRIM office (National Inbound Tourism Association of Moldova, str. Ștefan cel Mare și Sfânt 83, Chisinau, DDP, within 5 days after the contract is signed.
The supplies must comply fully with the technical specifications set out in the tender dossier (technical annex) and conform in all respects with the drawings, quantities, models, samples, measurements and other instructions.
