Taxi services for NRC Moldova Country Office
The office of the Norwegian Refugee Council invites companies to submit an offer for Taxi services for NRC Moldova Country Office.
The aim of this Request for Quotation (RFQ) is to fix the prices of the services proposed throughout the period of the Framework Agreement. There is no fixed value attached to this Framework Agreement and NRC is under no obligation to contract any specific value of goods and/or services under this Agreement. However, NRC is expecting suppliers to quote their best price considering the length of the agreement and the estimated quantities mentioned in the request.
The office of the Norwegian Refugee Council invites companies to submit an offer for provision of Taxi services. Currently, NRC requires services in Chisinau municipality and in other locations of the Republic of Moldova for transportation of NRC employees and associates. The suppliers are required to provide a firm offer by providing supporting documents as requested below, as well as comply to minimum requirements under this RFQ process.
Valid offers shall include:
- Filled and signed RFQ.
- Copy of company’s recent Extras.
- Signed Annex 1 – Technical proposal.
- Signed Annex 2 – Supplier’s Ethical standards declaration.
