Description of Services:

OSCE Mission to Moldova requires the services of a competent and responsible Partner for the implementation of the project “Building bridges among civil society, legal professionals and students on both banks of the Dniester/Nistru River” (2019).

The Implementing Partner will be entrusted with the following:

×          Establishing a Resource Centre to serve NGOs from both banks of the Dniester/Nistru River;

×          Providing free assistance on legal and accounting issues to initiative groups and NGOs on both banks of the Dniester/Nistru River;

×          Providing mentorship for five newly selected NGOs on both banks of the Dniester/Nistru River and follow-up mentorship to three NGOs-beneficiaries of the mentorhsip programme in 2018;

×          Conducting three civil society club meetings as a platform of communication for NGOs including on issues raised in the Working Groups within the settlement process;

×          Conducting an analysis on the perspectives of increasing the participation of NGOs from Transdniestria in civic engagement activities processes, including decision-making processes at various levels (on both banks of the Dniester/Nistru River);

×          Conducting at least two 1-day institutional capacity training workshops for NGOs from Transdniestria (including for accountants) on most common issues identified within the mentorship programme;

×          Conducting a three-day training of trainers workshop to create a network of Transdniestrian experts on NGO organizational capacity development;

×          Conducting the Donors Forum for Transdniestrian civil society;

×          Organizing a half-day seminar for the Public Services Agency (PSA) to discuss the existing challenges in the registration of NGOs in Moldova.
