The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) seeks an experienced company or, ideally, a consortium of foreign and national companies to train and provide internationally-recognized certification to export and internationalization consultants within Business Service Providers and companies on both banks, providing them with needed tools and skills to advance international trade and exports, in particular with the European Union.

OBJECTIVES AND SCOPE OF WORK

The key objective of the present initiative is to Increase the capacities on both banks of the Nistru River to trade internationally by developing expertise within companies and BSPs to sustain and accelerate export and internationalization activities.

In this context, the SCBM Programme seeks an experienced company or, ideally, a consortium of foreign and national companies (hereinafter the Service Provider) to train and provide internationally-recognized certification to export and internationalization consultants within BSPs and companies on both banks, providing them with needed tools and skills to advance international trade and exports, in particular with the European Union.

To achieve this objectives, the services will include reach out efforts, with a particular focus on the Transnistrian region, to identify relevant beneficiaries of the training exercises, the development and delivery of a targeted training programme that should culminate in awarding internationally-recognized certifications to at least 15 Certified Export/Internationalization Consultants (at least 50% from the Transnistria region, and at least 40% women). The participants should also get knowledge on tools and instruments needed for conducting international trade transactions (i.e. document preparation, transport, warehousing, customs clearance, packing, INCOTERMS, Documentary Credits, Documentary Collections, Trade Finance, DCFTA/Trade Facilitation instruments and other related aspects, relevant for particularities of exporting to potential selected markets.
