The Swiss Cooperation Office in Moldova (SCO-M)/Representation of the Embassy of Switzerland to Moldova, is soliciting the services of an experienced sociological company to conduct children and youth surveys for the collection of data required for the baseline study of the FACE (Fostering Active Civic Engagement) Program impact evaluation.

Key deliverables

  • Questionnaires reviewed ready for the field-trial in Romanian and Russian languages;
  • Final questionnaires in Romanian and Russian languages;
  • Randomization plan, field works timeline and quality insurance plan;
  • Quality-checked database (.csv and .sav format);
  • Narrative baseline report;
  • A presentation of the baseline report to a public event.

Qualification and professional requirements

  • Be a corporate entity legally registered in Republic of Moldova;
  • Proven experience in conducting sociological surveys;
  • Have own staff with relevant surveying and management competences;
  • Experience in conducting prior work with children and youth is an advantage.
