
HR-Consulting (www.search4staff.com) on behalf of its client, is looking for professional candidate to fulfill the position of: Cashback Platform Administrator.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and update cashback offers within the platform
- Monitor transactions and ensure cashback is correctly tracked and credited
- Collaborate with commercial partners to activate and optimize offers
- Handle user inquiries via ticketing system or email
- Identify, report, and follow up on platform issues or discrepancies
- Prepare periodic performance reports for offers and campaigns
Requirements:
- Experience in online platform administration, e-commerce, or affiliate marketing (an advantage)
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Good PC skills (Excel, online platforms, CRM systems)
- Strong written communication skills
- English proficiency – advanced level
