Hi there, LeaderHR is looking for a reliable Customer Service Specialist to act as a communication point for emergency and non-emergency calls and help our logistics team in California (USA). You will receive requests, transmit messages, and track status update about deliveries. 

Schedule varies: 

• 16:00 - 00:00 am
• 17:00 - 1:00 am
• 18:00 - 2:00 am (Moldova time)

This is 100% remote work. Occasionally, your shift might be rotated. The ideal candidate must be primarily an excellent communicator (C1 level in English) and able to remain calm and composed, especially in emergency situations. You must be able to multi-task as well as take the appropriate action with little supervision. The goal is to enable different parties to communicate well by ensuring the accurate and timely transmission of information.

Responsibilities:

• Taking bookings over the phones or emails
• Assisting drivers and dispatchers with their needs
• Answering queries and solving customer or vehicles problems
• Monitoring drivers to ensure the quality work performance
• Following up on any complaints and accident reports to the operations manager
• Handling customer questions and complaints politely and efficiently following the company procedure, communicating with customers
• Understanding the company products and services
• Promotes mutual respect, keeps the workplace clean and safe, supports safety programs

Requirements:

• Minimum C1 level of english 
• Ideally located in Moldova or Romania
• Fresh university graduates are welcome
• Great communications skills
• Professional telephone etiquette and must be able to give effective instructions to others
• Tech savvy 
• Be able to sustain a high level of competency and consistency
• Works independently and sets personal standards, stays focused under pressure
• Accountability and easily adapts to change
• Good listening skills and builds strong relationships
• Flexible/open-minded, not afraid of criticism
• Organized and accessible, works systematically/efficiently, manages time well
