UNICEF Moldova is seeking the support of an Individual Consultant to develop a comprehensive Child Protection Strategy for Chisinau Municipality for the period 2020-2024.

Qualifications and work experience:

  • Advanced University Degree in Law, Social Sciences, Human Rights or related field;
  • Proven experience in policy development;
  • Experience in working with central and local Government;
  • Good networking and negotiation skills;

General requirements:  

  • Excellent command of English, both oral and written.
  • Working command of Romanian is a strong asset.
  • Experience in working with UNICEF and/or other UN Agencies will be an asset.
  • Demonstrated experience in the field of the ECA region including Moldova is a strong asset.
